Clear terms for a delivered digital product.

Figdad is a digital product delivered after a successful one-time payment. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a purchase becomes final and non-refundable once Figdad has delivered the lifetime license and made the private skill catalogue available to the customer. Digital files can be copied and retained immediately, so delivered access cannot meaningfully be returned in the way a physical product can.

Once delivered, the purchased copy is the customer's to keep and use with the supported coding agents. Figdad does not ask a customer to return or delete delivered skill files in exchange for a refund. The purchase does not transfer the Figdad name, underlying copyright, or the right to resell or redistribute the private catalogue.

Please review the homepage, included-skill descriptions, supported agents, and installation flow before checkout. If you are unsure whether Figdad fits your workflow, email support@figdad.com before purchasing and describe the coding agent and type of interface work you use. Completing checkout confirms that you understand the product is a delivered digital catalogue and that the final-sale policy applies after delivery.

A payment is not treated as successfully delivered merely because checkout completed. Figdad issues the license after Stripe confirms payment and sends it to the email address used at checkout. If the license email does not arrive or catalogue access fails, contact support@figdad.com so delivery can be completed, the purchase can be located, or a compromised key can be rotated.

The final-sale policy does not remove non-waivable rights under applicable law and does not prevent a customer from reporting an unauthorized or duplicate charge. Contact support with the purchasing email and relevant Stripe checkout identifier for a billing investigation, but never include the raw license key in a support message.

A completed purchase provides lifetime access to the Figdad skill catalogue included with the product and its available updates through the figdad command-line tool. Customers remain responsible for safeguarding their license key and for reviewing generated work before release. These terms may be updated as the product changes; the terms in effect at the time of purchase continue to describe that purchase.
